We just took in a killer previously owned Fender Custom Shop '63 Stratocaster Relic in the most classic of colors, 3-Tone Sunburst.  We are a Showcase level dealer for the Fender Custom Shop, so we get a LOT of great Strats coming through the back door, but sometimes it's one that walks in the front door that really grabs our attention.  

The Fender Custom Shop 1963 Relic® Stratocaster takes you back to a pivotal period in the instrument's history, when surf music was riding high and the Strat underwent some notable design mods. Its deep-contoured alder body comes in Three-Color Sunburst with a Relic finish.  Though a relic'd guitar finish is almost as common these days as a flawless factory finish, it was the Fender Custom Shop that pioneered the process and know it better than anyone. You get a look and feel that's used but not abused.  Totally broken in, but holds up like a brand new electric guitar.  

Custom Shop 60's pickups give you classic clean Strat tone with the right amount of bite to cut through the mix.  The quartersawn maple neck is super comfortable with the 60's Oval "C" carve (the most popular for Custom Shop Strat), 6105 frets and a 9.5" radius for easy playability on a AAA rosewood fretboard.  We've had a lot of Custom Shop Strats here, and this is amongst the best playing that we've had.   It also features a three-ply mint green pickguard, vintage white control knobs, American Vintage bridge, and American Vintage tuning machines. Includes brown textured vinyl hard-shell case with gold interior.
